Stuffed, Baked French Toast Casserole with Maine Homestead Jam!

With the holidays upon us what better way to start the day and feed all those hungry guests than with a delicious jam filled stuffed, baked french toast - Hot out of the oven!  You can even make it the day before for an even easier holiday morning!


Ingredients
* 12 slices of bread, crust removed and cubed
* 8oz Cream Cheese, Softened & cubed
* 7 Eggs, beaten
*1/2 cup Maple Syrup
*2 Cups Half & Half or whole milk
*2-8oz jars of Maine Homestead Jam.  Make half Blueberry and Half strawberry or raspberry and everyone can have their favorite!
*1 tsp Cinnamon Sugar
*1 Tsp Vanilla Extract


Directions-
* Butter bottom & sides of 9x13 Pan
*Layer half of the bread cubes, cover with cubed cream cheese.
* Spread jam over cream cheese/bread mixture cover with remaining bread cubes.
* Mix Eggs, Milk, Syrup, Cinnamon Sugar and Vanilla, blend well.
* Cover Bread with egg mixture & Let sit one hour or overnight.
*Optional-Sprinkle Maple Sugar on top!
*Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Serve with Maple Syrup and Whipped cream!

Maine Homestead Relish Deviled Eggs

Maine Homestead relish is a great way to add some excitement to a classic crowd favorite. Choose between a little spice with the Zesty Zucchini Relish or a little sweet with the Sweet Summer Relish – Better yet keep everyone happy with a batch of each!

Ingredients:

* 6 Large Eggs
* 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
* 2 Tbsp. Zesty Zucchini Relish or Sweet Summer Relish
* 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard

Directions:

Add eggs to saucepan, add water until the eggs are just covered. Cover & cook on high until water boils. Boil eggs for one minute then remove from heat & let sit, covered for 12 minutes. Drain hot water & replace with cold water, repeat until eggs are cool. Peal & half the eggs, remove the yolks into a small bowl. Using a folk, mash the yolks until crumbly with no large pieces. Mix all remaining ingredients into yolks & combined until smooth. Place yolk mixture into piping bag or small storage bag with the corner cut and fill eggs. Top with a sprinkle of Paprika or Chili powder and serve!
